COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Emelisse Blond is a soft and malty artisinal beer. The colour green stands for the American Cascade hop used. This gives it a hoppy and herbal flavour.

Wow, this beer blew me away. It looks stunning, hazy orange, nice yellowish head. Flowery aroma’s, peach a hint of caramel. Full of taste, sweet caramel, nice dry finish.

Is this a blond or an IPA? Either way, its delicious! A little bit sweet but fresh, really interesting beer

Birra torbida paglierina riflessi arancioni. Schiuma media persistenza. Delicata al profumo erbaceo agrumi e frutta. Retrogusto equilibrato lascia palato asciutto e pulito.

Bonne IPA, légère, aromatique et très subtilement amère. Robe ambrée opaque, fine mousse blanche. Arômes d’herbes, de fruits frais d’été, une belle douceur relevée d’une très légère amertume.

On tap at Arendsnest. Almost clear gold pour with super lacy white head. Aroma is hoppy, tons of cascade, fruity grapefruit /pine combo. Taste is lightly bitter, nice and hoppy, grapefruit, light honey malt. Palate is med-light bodied with med carbonation. Good.

Hazy golden with small white head. Sweet malts, lots of spicy yeast and aromatic hops. Quite bitter with a nice malty backbone. Pretty good.

Golden red colour, nice big head, opaque with lots of cloudy yeast. Hop smell, flowers, leather, dust. Sweetish citric smell. Peels. Dry taste, nice and fizzy, salty. Astringent with a delicious fruity finish. Touch of oranges.

"Pretty mellow, as expected. I don’t know the age, but with the track record of distribution on these parts, I can safely assume it was not fresh, and would have been hoppier and slightly better if it had been. As it is, light floral hops in the aroma, but mostly light fruit and yeast, in the flavor as well. Pretty typical light belgian."

Beese (3065) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 4, 2014
Bottle at Mother Kelly’s, Bethnal Green on 30 August. Poured a hazy copper colour, with a dense white head. Aroma of wort, grassy hop and grain. Citrus flavours, with musky hop notes, mango and really rich fruit. Finish was peal, tinned fruit and bitter hop resin.
