Was excited to see a new brewery at my local pub. But the experience of the dipa was lackluster. The bitterness sits on the front of my tounge through the second beer. Nothing special about the aroma. Bragesnak (5394) - Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 4, 2014

330 ml bottle, BB date 06.2014. ABV is 7.9%. Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. The crates are marked DIPA Hop Serie Amarillo, the bottle label only DIPA Hop Serie. Hazy deep golden colour, low white head. Strong hoppy aroma, with lovely notes of mixed tropical fruits, also sweetish notes of marmalade. Distinctly hoppy flavour on a medium sweet malty base, tropical fruits and grapefruit, pine and resin in the fairly bitter finish. rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 6, 2014
330 ml bottle. Lot A. BB 06/2014. From saveur-biere.com.spacecube (1705) - Leeds, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 24, 2014
Cloudy amber colour with almost no head.
Strong sweet hoppy aroma with resin, pine and mild bitterness.
The flavour is surprisingly smooth and easy. This DIPA is very sweet and hoppy but not that bitter. The sweetness is also quite pleasant not über-sugary or über-caramel malty. Nice. For sure this is intoxicating as it’s so drinkable. Gotta stop... gotta stop drinking this...
330 ml bottle, BBE 6/14, pours hazy golden brown with suspended yeast in the glass, aroma is caramel and honey malt flavour, slighty dank, hop flavour is a little sticky, a bit of overripe tropical fruit but nothing prominent and doesn’t seem as fresh as it might be. Carbonation low to average.

Bottle 330 ml at home, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 7.9%
Pours a bright orange copper colour on the body with two fingers of white head on top. Thick and firm, with very ood retention. NIcely formed webs of lacing left around the glass’s walls.
Aroma is fruity, with caramel and malts as the backbone, followed by grapefruit and orange/mandarine.
Taste has also malts and light caramel with nice notes of mandarines, light grapefruit. Not very bitter but the bitterness has a good duration on the aftertaste.
Medium thin body, good carbonation, heading towards the light side.
Overall really good and clean IPA.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is grapefruit, orange, and all the other amarillo stuff, nice and clean with a subtle malt note. Flavour is mediuw sweet with big caramel at first, but then the hop takes over. Fruity zesty bitterness slowly fading away. Good stuff! MrHangover (4439) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 1, 2013
Bottle. Pours out a hazy blonde beer with a magnificent white head on top that leaves beautiful lacing. Aroma is grassy, earthy hops. Not very much else actually. Must be the single hopping going on for not giving it such a complex aroma, however, it’s still very nice. Flavor is very bitter and full bodied. Deep rooted bitter flavor overrule the palate. Alcohol is very well hidden and there is almost no malty presence. Great brew! sic1314 (4775) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - AUG 11, 2013
Poured light amber with a frothy off white head. Aroma of pine. Medium body, vanilla smoothness, flavour of sweet malt and muted orange, light bitterness. Restrained but sessionable. jmgreenuk (9296) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - AUG 3, 2013
Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a cloudy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop, nettle with a little grapefruit. It was quite a shock actually. The flavour is rich, medium to strong bitter, with some well controlled liqourice on the super-smooth palate. One of the best DIPA’s i’ve ever had.
