Bottle from Erzbierschof - Hazy brown ruby color with a small and fast disappearing offwhite head, no lacing - Aroma of caramel, roasted malt, dried fruits, hints of coffee and biscuit, distinc lager yeast - Flavor is malty, earthy hops, hints of coffee from roasted malt - Medium body, good carbonation, light bitterness, small roasted malt finish - interesting, im not familiar with this style so its hard to tell

Emelisse is great in tuning up ordinary beer styles. This bock is a bit different from other bocks, all ingredients are a little more tasty and special. Nice.
