Golden-reddish body with a light haze, white head. Mellow but refined aroma, mango and pine. Thirst quenching palate, starts balanced but becomes fairly stroongly bitter towards the end. Nice and very drinkable IPA. (At the BeerTemple) DutchDrebus (5956) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - MAR 19, 2012
@BeerTemple. Clear orange colour with a decent sized white head. Smells hay, citra, malty, cheese, hops and bitter. Tastes hoppy and grapefruit. Bit watery, thin body, okay carbo. Koelschtrinker (20223) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 26, 2012

Tap at the berwery 30/09/13. Cloudy pineapple juice appearance, with a thin summy white head. some lace. Aroma is grainstore, fruity sweet juicy fruit. Flavour is peach anf lychee, and grainy dough / bread. Nice hint of funk. smooth creamy full palate. Semi-dry finish. Very very drinkable and unusual. MarcoDL (4844) - NETHERLANDS - APR 11, 2014
Tasty IPA, with that special hoppy Emelisse touch. Very enjoyable to drink. Alengrin (5249) - BELGIUM - AUG 11, 2014
Commissioned IPA with three American hop varieties. Thick, off-white head, colour a misty orange blonde. Fruity aroma, pine needles, mango, grapefruit, hay, resin, lime, bread, orange peel. Bready maltiness in the taste with refreshing citrus touch and rounded ’exotic’ fruitiness, strong resinous, citrussy, oily, peppery hop bitterness and yeasty spiciness in the finish, which is very long and dry with no noticeable alcohol to speak of. Exemplary IPA. JorisPPattyn (9928) - Ursel, BELGIUM - SEP 13, 2012
Small to medium, very fine & dense yellow head over hazed foxy orange-amber beer; some lace. USA hops in force, bit of cake- or wafflesyrup. Very bitter, yet aromatic hopbomb. Again cakey malts with maple syrup. Bit of walnutpeeel, nicely contrasting with the backgournd malty sweetness. Quite slick, and anything but empty MF. Soft carbonation. Very nice iPA, aptly "Americanized" for the BeerTemple. This is what De Graal ought to have done for De Hopduvel! MaartenRF10 (1949) - Wageningen, NETHERLANDS - NOV 6, 2012
Unclear dark amber beer with small, off-white head. Aroma is a combination of fruity hops (luchee, peach) and toffee malts. Taste is rather sweet, fruity. Aftertaste is medium bitter. Good carbonation and body.
