Borefts Beer Festival 3. Opaque black beer, residual tan head. Light semi dry palate. Minerals. The dark malt is not too heavy and has a touch of lacto sweetness. The smoke is also quite mild. What could have been a difficult beer is quite light and drinkable.

Pour at the Borefts Bier Fest 2011. Dark color, thick pour. Peat is always an interesting addition and this one fits and is well balanced!
