Pretty weird, tastes more like barley-wine, the barrel accents are all-around. Moderate yeasty, oaky, candy-like and caramel notes. Semi-sweet. Watery to ily texture, average carbonation, finish is candy and sweet. Not my favorite one, but still drinkable. Gerbeer (4015) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 6, 2017
330 ml bottle. Pours a dark amber with full head. Aromas of limes, vinous oak, dried fruit and copper. Flavors of old buttery oak, dried fruit, green grape skin and light doughy malts. Interesting and distinctive. Andrus86 (692) - Busselton, WA, AUSTRALIA - OCT 20, 2016

33cl bottle at home from Biernavigatie.nl. Nose is white wine, floral. Body is hazy amber copper, head is very big, beige, rocky, fully lasting, excellent lacing. Aroma is tropical fruits, wine, grape, molasses, lime, milk chocolate, biscuit, apple. Medium to heavy sweet, light bitter, medium to heavy sour. Finish is medium lasting fruity medium bittersweet, light acidic sour-umami. Full body, slick texture, soft carbonation. A bit heavy due to sourness, very interesting but not my taste.

Odd combination of white whine, oak and fruits and bitterness from hops. At times it also resembles a sour ale. Very fruity and vineous but also dry and bitter. Alcohol is noticeable. I like it but won't buy it again.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Yoav. Hazy orange with a creamy head. Smell of oak, white wine and flowers. Medium malty sweetness, very fruity, flavors of wood, vanilla, wine, nice hops bitterness. Medium-bodied, oily palate. Not really a DIPA, but very nice. rayaron (1997) - Kfar Saba, ISRAEL - JAN 18, 2016
Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks Yoav. Muddy brownish with off-white head. The aroma has lots of wood, some wine and vanilla. Sourish flavor with lots of wood, notes of vanilla, apple and white wine, bitterish, dry. Medium-bodied. Very good. magicmn (178) - Moscow, RUSSIA - JAN 5, 2016
Tap at Eric the red Moscow. Pale yellow, white head, average aroma of wine and oak barrel. Taste is bit crisp bit funky much more wine and barrel then IPA or hop, but still you can find it there. Bit tart. Some alcohol but not too rude. Overall its more like weird BA strong ale or barley then DIPA/IIPA. Still very interesting. A good experiment.
