The head is good, the body amber. It smells sweet, intensive hoparomatic, bit malty. The taste is malt- and hoparomatic, fruity, hoppy, more and more hoppy with the time, bit flowery in the aftertaste. Good 12/11/12/11/-/12 Jimthechap (2064) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - AUG 16, 2013
It seemed to me to be a big muddy-russet-red coloured pint with vague aromas of amber resin and herbal spruce. Flavours similar with a chewy body and surprisingly coarse bitterness. That said, this is a beer that doesn’t suffer for lack of character. Travlr (24825) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 14, 2013
Draft at Om’s, courtesy of staff, thanks! Clear amber color, small white head. Aroma of light pine. Taste is similar. Middle of the road.
