Pours a hazy straw yellow with a thin, foamy head. Aromas are fresh and balanced - NZ hops upfront (passionfruit, guava and ripe tropical fruits) backed by bready and slightly sweet continental pilsner malt. Flavours are similarly hop driven and harmoniously balanced. The palate is incredibly smooth, enhanced by soft carbonation, gentle bitterness and a slightly acidic hop tang. A classic modern Pilsner. UPDATED: NOV 17, 2010 From a 330ml bottle on 17/11/2010. Has a distinct floral, bready, fruity (particularly passionfruit) aroma. Has an unbelievable amount of flavour for a pilsener, dominated by citrus fruits, more passionfruit, honey and spices. Finishes with a good dash of bitterness. Exceptionally good. lorentzen (5) - DENMARK - SEP 12, 2010 does not count
Best pilsner i have had. Nice and fruity taste to it. There seem to nr a difference in taste from bottle to bottle. mkel07 (6406) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - SEP 12, 2010
500ml bottle. Pale during the pour but colours up into a hazy amber ith a minimal white head that fades to a ring of white lace around the glass.Sweet passionfruit aroma with a citrus backdrop. Light in the mouth with mellow fruit flavours and a dry finish. beer4eternity (226) - Tauranga, NEW ZEALAND - JUN 30, 2010
500ml bottle. Probably one of the nicest Pilsners I have had. Vibrant gold hue with creamy white head. I liked the crisp fresh citrus and floral hop aromas with a light malty bread & cracker base. The flavour is nicely balanced sweet then bitter with a dry finish. Smooth and crisp. Great stuff. Enjoyed it with a curry.

Aroma: Initially a slightly sour yeast smell. Slight trace of hops.
Appearance: Flat, medium yellow (3-4 Standard Reference Method), large froth white head subsiding to a thick lump of fine foam and clumps of lacing.
Taste: Medium bitter, slightly sour aftertaste.
Palate: lively carbonation (after sitting for several minutes), thin texture and medium body, slightly sticky Slightly astringent finish.
Overall: Good brew, would seem to be as advertised. Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 24, 2010
Bottle. Sparkling gold. Decent dead retention. Bright white wine aroma has some fruity depth with aromatic, resinous white grapes and flowers. Highly reminiscent of the bouquet on a white wine. Slightly thin of body, but very tasty. Finishes dry and crisp and retains its vineousness. Has a brisk bitterness that signals the loyalty to the style. Very nice. Golden-straw colour. Herbal, lychee hop nose. Nice bitterness. Moderate, refreshing and dry. Good balance. Nice herbal hop character. Mattburns (114) - USA - MAY 21, 2010
I originally tried this about a year ago whilst in New Zealand. I was love at first site. It took me a while to track it down but eventually got there...my memory stayed true. Looks great, taste great. The carbonation is perfect also.
