On cask at Uxbridge Arms, Chasetown - A nice looking golden yellow body, thick lacing white head. Good nose of citrus and a sweet kick of caramel. Taste comprises pale malt, grain, touch vegetal, light sugar, citrus.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, light bitterness in the finish.

Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Golden with an off-white foam. Aromas are toasted malts with yeast and prickly grapefruit. Woody with Burton notes. Flavours are dry and woody with mellow lemon and a peppery dry finish. Grapefruit pith bitterness with some grassiness. Clean and hoppy.
