Sweety, raisins taste and nute of bitterness in palate. Somewhat roasted palate. You can feel the power of this beer whilst drink. White foam, stays for 30 seconds. Brown colour. The best Scotch beer so far.

13/20 huge malty chocolate caramel taste, slightly sickly but a good beer and big bottle does the job.

Pours red-brown with low white head. Well-balanced composition of roasted malts and a gentle, yet distinct hoppy bitterness. Good one.

Bottle. Dark brown with shades of red and a small /white beige head. Aroma of sweet malts and dried fruits. Taste of malts, toffee, nuts, fruitcake and dark fruits. Slightly spicy as well. Sweet with a bitter and earthy finish. Low to medium carbonation. A little bit boozy but still balanced. Nice.

Strong and sweet, malty with a little bitterness, toffee and fruit notes. Very tasty, but as strong beer goes, I prefer Innis and Gunn Oak Aged Beer.
