Intergalactic Fantastic Oak Aged Stout
The irony of existentialism, the parody of being and the inherent contradictions of post-modernism, all so delicately conveyed by the blocky, pixelated arcade action have all been painstakingly recreated in this bottles contents.

This imperial stout is brewed with copious amounts of speciality malts, jasmine and cranberries. After fermentation we then dry-hop this killer stout with a bucketload of our favourite hops before carefully ageing the beer on French toasted oak chips.

It is all about moderation. Everything in moderation, including moderation itself. What logically follows is that you must, from time, have excess. This beer is for those times.

Bottle, thank you Colin and Kendra! Finally trying it! Pitch black, very little head. Really inviting oak aroma mixed with some roast and a lot of alcohol. Silky smooth mouthfeel. First taste is quite mild - all sweet stout and oak - gives way to lots of warming alcohol and roast and finally to ear warming alcohol in very long finish. Man, this is quite easy to drink at this crazy percentage. I hate using the word smooth, but this just feels smooth - perfect really. Everything is expertly balanced. Every brewer attempting to do a oak aged version of a beer should be required to try this. So much flavour, so complex, so good. So glad I got to try it.

Keg at Brewdog Castlegate. Pours black with tan head. Nose heavy with rum-drenched coffee beans smoothed out with vanilla. Taste follows the nose with a bitter cherry bite. A luxurious palate. Soft and creamy with a cutting sharp carbonation. Serious chest-warming strength with chocolate smooth body. The luxury stout I expected but not as heavy on the alcohol vapour as I was expecting but still heavy. Boozy fun.

W aromacie mega wyrazisty rozpuszczalnik i farba olejna. Pod tym słodka kawa. W smaku bardzo pełne i ulepkowato słodkie. Czekolada, melasa, nuty kawy. Bardzo wyrazisty alkohol gryzący i rozgrzewający. Przypomina nalewkę czekoladową.

14/20 an insane beer that doesn't need to be this strong. 16.5% which gives the full alcohol burn. Big taste along with the burn, molasses and tobacco. Probably a one off and I know I'm going to be hungover tomorrow ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Kolor: ciemnobrunatny, klarowny.
Piana: niska, drobno i średnio pęcherzykowa, szybko opada.

Medium aroma of malts, caramel, berries, dark fruit, chocolate, roasted malts and spices.

Opaque black beer with a slight/medium dark brown head.

Starts heavy sweet with malts, caramel, berries, dark fruit and chocolate; ends slightly bitter and dry with roasted malts and spices.

This beer is intense, complex and balanced. That abv makes sure that every flavour that it has, to be super intense. Great berries, dark fruit and chocolate liquor.

330ml bottle, shared. Thick, dark black with a minimal tan head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, alcohol, quite sweet. Flavour is similar, with hints of leather. Went very well with a cheeseboard
