Pour is an almost clear, slight haze, orange gold light copper.Probably my favorate color for ipa. Creamy short head, leaving creamy froth.
Excellent hoppy aroma with floral/fruit /spicevanilla sugar cookie, dank, pungent hop, slight malty carmel.Near perfect.Complex and well rounded aroma.-alot going on.
Taste is matched with nice smooth mellow carmel maltiness. Resin.Very creamy texture with nice fresh hop flavor, with a nice mild but pungent bitterness.Very nice hop layering with the mild mellow malt sweetness. This may be my new favorate ipa.Wow this is really, really good. A beer to drink in Heaven(with hummingbirds?) Ha
On tap at Hopping Pig, San Diego. Dark orange with a white head. Hoppy with grapefruit, malt, some caramel and some hay. The body was medium as was the bitterness. Andrew196 (1864) - Katy, Texas, USA - DEC 28, 2016
Pours a hazed amber, delicate ivory head. Aroma of peach, fresh fruit, apricot, notes of pine/spruce. Medium bodied. I expected more of a punch than I got. Just some more peach, piney hops and a brief biscuit finish. DenverLogan (1211) - LA, California, USA - DEC 15, 2016
From a 12oz bottle into a North Coast chalice. Pours amber with head and lace. Aroma of fresh bread dough, amber malts, slight caramel. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of amber malts, slight caramel and powder sugar, floral and straw hops, slight white pepper, hay. Overall creamy rich and generally pleasant. 12oz bottle - pours darker that expected, like a rich amber honey color with a thin off white head. A lot of caramel with bitter citrus and pine hops. Taste is reminiscent of an English IPA with more depth in malt character and American hop punch. Sweet malts madchemist83 (272) - USA - SEP 6, 2016
Faint aromas of bread, toffee and burnt sugar. Copper with thick head. Thick resinous taste with bitter end. Nectar like. Not bad, but not very drinkable.

Rating #1589 - 23.03.2015 - Bottle from San Diego trip.Clear golden amber pour with a weak, white head that bubbles away to a ring. Aroma is strong with hoppy overtones, grapefruit, citrusy, toasted malt. Taste is more of the same, dry hops and roast malts dominating the flavour, with a hint of sweetness. Finish is dry, but balanced and satisfying. Alright IPA. hotstuff (5145) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - JAN 11, 2016
Rated on 01-11-2016 (Bottle) The appearance is a large ivory head that is mostly lasting, transparent amber body, slow rising carbonation, and one ring of lacing. The aroma is citrus, pine hops, floral, earthy, and caramel malt. The flavor mimics the aroma along with moderate bitterness. The mouthfeel is light carbonation and this beer is light-medium bodied. A very drinkable IPA that has a very good hop flavor. It is not an overly hoppy or bitter tasting beer. It is worth trying and an IPA that I would definitely partake in again. rustbucket0873 (460) - Greenville, South Carolina, USA - JAN 10, 2016
