This truly is one of my favorite IPAs. Tremendous floral/citrus punch that socks your nostrils then overpowers your taste buds with its fruity/hoppy full-mouth feel/taste. Love this beer.

Bottle from Tops. Hazy dark golden with nice creamy head. Citrusy, dank aroma. This one’s off to a lovely start. Taste Is juicy, mild hops bitterness, floral. Rich and full. Everything works together beautifully. Really nice.

12 oz bottle poured. Golden hazy pour with a rocky foam head. Herbal heavy aroma with some grassy hops. Flavor is unique. Fruity hops, a bit tropical, but has a banana like quality to it. Sweet malt underneath a grassy hop late. Banana reminder in the late palate. A bit of a weird IPA for me, but not bad overall.

Pours clear gold, white head. Aroma of gently flowery hops. Lightly bitter, spicy, herbal tastes, hint of yeast. Light mouthfeel, some malt on the mostly bitter finish.

355ml bottle, date is fade out and unreadable. Pour orange with copper reflexion, no foam. Aroma is oxidized hops. That bottle is probably out of date !!! Taste is malty with faded hops. Bitter and low coronation, medium body. Lots of residual in the bottom. It was a gift. Bad gift...

Bue en bouteille. Très belle IPA aux arômes de fruits exotiques. Equilibre bien réussi, houblon, fruitée, bel equilibre. Finale amère avec pointe de levure. Great !

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a cloudy yellow color with tons of sediment and a large white head. The aroma is floral hops and some fruit. The taste is citrus and hops.

Undated bottle from Box O Hops 12 pack, drunk 11/18/16.
Mostly clear, copper-amber colored body with lighter gold tints and a medium-sized white head showing moderate to low retention.
Orange, spice, caramel, apple and other very straightforward C hop IPA with East Coast specialty malt and estery yeast notes.
Like a slightly improved East Coast IPA from 2008, it at least has a bit more maltiness and a softer texture. The beer is cleaner than the other 3 in the mixed pack and obviously filtered. Seems Ithaca needs a lot of work on unfiltered IPAs. Anyways, this is fruity, simple, clean and with low to moderate sweetness and a light to medium body. Doesn’t need all of this alcohol. I guess this beer was considered good when it first came out?? I remember having it back then and not understanding what the fuss was about. It certainly is nothing to write home about now.

3.3
Handypaul (550) - Burlington, Vermont, USA - NOV 12, 2016
Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a 1-finger, white, mostly lasting head that leaves very good lacing. Aroma of sugar candy, freshly cut grass and hay. Lightly bitter and medium sweet taste, sticky sweet mouthfeel, medium body, soft carbo that hits the back and sides of my tongue, flavors of caramel, butterscotch, grapefruit and sugar. Finish is medium sweet trending to lightly bitter in the middle and far finish. Quite out of balance with too much sweetness.
