4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle from Mr Lawrence, Brockley. Hazy orange pour with a lingering white head. Fabulous tropical fruit bowl aroma that’s up there with the very best. Piney resinous hop, weed, citrus aplenty, a little sweetness. A little sniff of heaven if there ever was one. The flavour lived up to the infinite promise shown in the nose. More juicy citrus mingled with some balancing malts and superb hoppage. Bitterness spot on and drinkibality just off the scale. Refreshing and hugely satisfying. Quite simply this beer is the bomb, and my favourite offering thus far from the Kernel. World-beating stuff.
Tap @ Salt Horse. Just the right amount of bitter, medium bod, orange, lemons and other citrus thangs, medium carbonation. erikaraeb (256) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUL 19, 2017
Keg. Dank citrus smell and taste - hops is super pungent. Light bod with a biting, bitter finish. Could be a bit fizzier. weihenweizen (3889) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - JUN 25, 2017

Bottle shared last week, this bottle was 7% in strength. Pours a murky off gold colour with next to no head. Aroma is mixture of different fruits you come to expect from a highly regarded IPA, grapefruit, citrus, pineapple and a touch of pine and sweet malt. Taste is good, medium sweet rounded off with a clean bitterness on the end. A tad watery texture wise, I feel it could have done with a touch more carbonation. Overall very nice but not the best I have ever had. andrepintado (3488) - Lisbon, PORTUGAL - DEC 6, 2016
33cl bottle from beermerchants I think. Very light hazy. Gold to orange. Thin white head. Body is dry and medium. Long finish. Medium bitterness. Balanced everywhere. Aroma and flavour is armpit, catpiss, blueberries, orange, malt, bubblegum, hops, peach, grapefruit, light resin. This a top beer.
