4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured into a pint glass out of a 22oz bomber.
Pours a slightly hazy medium orange with a half finger white head. Considering the abv, the head retention and lacing are spectacular.
HUGE hit of hops on the nose. Tons of tropical fruit from the Simcoe and Citra hops. There is a touch of caramel underneath along with overripe fruit. There is some dank too. All around, it is one of the best aromas I have ever experienced on a IIPA.
The flavor continues the hops assault with overripe fruit, orange marmalade, and sweet caramel. Mango and orange dominate the fruity aspect and there is a little less dankness compared to the aroma. Vanilla and caramel undertones along with a very assertive bitterness that is necessary to balance out the malt sweetness. Alcohol is nearly completely hidden providing a pleasant warmth in the throat and chest. Quite impressive. Mouthfeel is just slightly sticky.
Overall, one of the best IIPA’s out there. I put this up with Hopslam as being the best IIPA available on the market. Incredible balance and tons of flavor combined with a big punch from the alcohol. A beer to seek out and pick up lots of.
UPDATED: SEP 10, 2017 Clear gold pour with a fluffy white head. Big nose of piney floral hops, melon, lemon, malts, alcohol. The first thing i notice when i sip this brew is that it is very palatable for a beer of this size. Very drinkable. Its very hop forward with citrus and pine. Pretty sweet. Pretty good, worth the purchase! captivaboy (27) - Captiva, Florida, USA - JUL 28, 2017
Yikes, what an interesting Hop bomb. Distinct piney and in- distinct citrus blast, almost sweet and wonderfully no malt overtones. Very hard to describe but a great triple IPA.

650ml bottle pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a finger of white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is grapefruit and pine with some earthy tones and hints of caramel and tropical fruits. Taste is a grapefruit, pine and earthy hop bitterness with a tropical fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Medium bodied with good carbonation that pleases the palate. Overall, a big hoppy brew with a big malts to balance things out. Alcohol is well hidden. Wonderful sweet hoppy flavor. It makes you want to keep sipping it. By far my favorite triple IPA.

UPDATED: JUN 21, 2017 Bottle poured into a tulip glass. Pours clear gold with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is huge and full of lemon, grapefruit, mango, and pine. Initial taste is pine, earthy, oak aged bourbon, with a hint of citrus underneath. Aftertaste is still very earthy with a hint of biscuit and pine resin. Full body and just enough carbonation. Alcohol is hidden pretty well and leaves a nice warming. Very good stuff. Almost like a bigger version of their Imperial IPA.

Clear orange with a fluffy white foam. Lots of melon in the aroma.Big hop flavor and bitterness is well balanced. Melon flavor lasts long into the finish. KansaiBeerLvrs (5234) - Kyoto, JAPAN - APR 18, 2017
Bottle from Titans, served in my IPA glass. Crystal clear beautiful copper in color with an insanely hoppy bouquet featuring tons of tropical fruits. Medium bodied with a slightly scratchy carbonation. The taste is bitter woodsy pine, sweet sirupy malts and hugely fruity hops. For such a high ABV it is much less boozzy than I expected though it does have some heat to it. Really good.
