33cl bottle from Utobeer, London. It pours a dark brown colour with a small beige head. Aroma is intense with coffee, roasted matls, licorice, some woody notes. Taste is complex and balanced: bitter and roasty at the beginning with cocoa nibs, coffee beans and wood, then turns into a sour sensation, like sour red berries, with finally turns into the salty finish. Mouthfeel is full with soft/good carbonation. Overall, a superb beer. The chili peppers are a bit hidden by cocoa and salt, but the perfect balance between these different flavours is just mind blowing. Amazing.

BOTTLE. Pours a dirty, floaty black with soft head.. Big offensive nose of dark chocolate & dark berries.. Smooth creamy texture, a touch of Vegemite, those dark berry/dark choc combo.. Sourced RW

From a 330ml bottle on 17/3/2017. Pours a very deep brown with almost no head. The nose offers up chocolate, salted caramel and pretzels. Taste wise, its flavour packed, with heaps of chocolate, some caramel, toffee and coffee and lots of roasted and toasted malt. I barely get the chilli, other than a slight warming at the back, but the sea salt is there in spades. And while it sounds like it shouldnt work, it comes together really nicely. Big, bold and very distinctive, The texture a bit syrupy and the carbonation is moderate to average. Impressive.

Aromat: paloność, ciut gorzkiej czekolady i kakao, smak: ponownie kakao, lekkie chili, lekkie przyjemnie pieczenie, sl dopiero po ogrzaniu, wytrawność i nieco kwaśności. Zero obecności alkoholu. Fajne, ale bez fajerwerkw.

Butelka w Carpe Kraft. Zdecydowanie wytrawne podejście do stylu, przyjemna kawa, gorzka czekolada, wyczuwalna, zwłaszcza w aromacie, sl.

Decent aroma, complex with lots of dark fruits, roastiness, coffee and a bit of chocolate. Taste is rather bitter with good amount of sweetness and a tiny bit of saltiness on the palate. Heat from chillies on the verge of autosuggestion. Pretty good ris, although nothing mindblowing.

Fles @ thuis.
