Bottle into signature glass. Presents deep amber with a finely bubbled just off white head that laces nicely. Aroma is yeasty (earthy, leafy) and malty (toasty subdued honey) with fruity hops (oranges mainly), Belgian candy sugar and alcohol. The palate is smooth and creamy with a fullish body and a perfect balance of bittersweet malt and fruit. Finishes long and dry with an alcoholic warmth. Delicious mouthfeel. One of the best Belgian Abbey Tripels.

Gedronken in zuid Frankrijk, niet erg onderscheidend, licht zoet met een lichte bittere nasmaak. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is fresh and sweet. Typical esters found in a belgian, yeast, fresh hay, subtle flower perfume. No alcohol yet. Taste is sweet and silky, with bananas, grassy hops, some coriander and a bit of yeast. Very nice tripel!

Bottle at BeerDock Leek. Pours a hazy pale amber with no head. Aroma of candied sugar, yeast, some apricot, slight orange, a hint of sherry and subtle spice. Taste of candied sugar, spice, some yeast, slight pepper, a little alcohol, a hint of caramel and subtle cheap sherry. Medium bodied and a slick texture. A sweetish, spicy and sugary finish. It’s flavourful but sweet, sugary, yeasty and spicy. Not the best fir a great style.
