I absolutely love dark wheat beers and this did not disappoint. Bottled at Effin Gruven, I had 2 of these for the night cap just catching up with an old friend, great beer to chill with. Goes down smooth with a heavy bready flavor, heavy lacing, heavy heavy, loved it.
Pours a dark dirty gold with a big white head. The aroma is a banana and a slight hint of clove. Des follows the nose. Overall this is really good I'm not much into this style but I could drink us again. jjsint (3534) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 17, 2017
Bottle at Puzzles?, Peterborough. Pours tan and hazy, with a wisp of white head. Overpowering banana aroma with a touch of potpourri hidden in the yeast. Balanced bittersweet taste but there's a sourdough funkiness that livens up the finish. Oddly, I get a strong note of tamarind in the finish. Well-judged carbonation. Kicks the Hefe into touch. From a 500ml bottle on 17/12/2017. Pours a cloudy amber with a biggish head. the nose features sweet malt a light banana. The flavour gives you a bit of caramel and banana, with hints of spice and fruit, and a very gentle bitterness. medium bodied with moderate to average carbonation. Quite pleasant. Bottle. Pours pale brown with beautiful pale tan head, very carbonated. Fruity and creamy aromas, sweetcorn and malty. The flavours are similar in nature, mild, cerealy, with a nice celeriac-like aftertaste that is in fact a positive aspect. Refreshing and delightful. Pretty watery, short finish... could have done with a better texture. Good beer after all. bytemesis (9349) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - DEC 9, 2017

Bottle. Cloudy/hazy appearance. Some sediment. Some orange highlights, light brown color. Rocky offwhite head. Clove and banana on the aroma. Yeast character comes through. Low caramel malt. Bready sweet notes in the flavor. Banana yeast phenols. Yeast forward balance. Pretty good example. deepdrinker (323) - Leeds, ENGLAND - NOV 26, 2017

Bottle. Large cream colour head. Well carbonated hazy amber brown body. Wheat, spice, digestive biscuit, bubblegum, strawberries, banoffee pie, whiff of alcohol, sour cherries. Caramel and green apple. Overripe banana. Gentle alkaline and sweet taste. Slight sourness. Very refreshing. Dry finish.
