Just started to get into Saisons and have found them to be extremely refreshing. This is one of the best. A nice cloudy golden pour with a huge white head. Nice lacing on my glass. Great aroma of bread, honey, citrus, and black pepper. A wonderful refreshing brew with spices and tartness. Perfect combination.
Bit hazy, golden, high carbonation, big head, but not long lasting. Aroma: dry apple, caramel, spices, orange. Medium to light body, medium sweetness, medium bitterness. Flavour: fruits and malt, some spices, bitter finish. frothysuds (14) - Texas, USA - JUN 20, 2017

Bottle from McHughs. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Spice, pepper, bread, dough, banana. Esters flavor with a dry dough peppery finish. All you would expect. Lovely Panzuriel (2199) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - JUN 10, 2017
Appearance: Pale medium golden. Hazy. Active head of white bubbles.
Nose: Fruity with yeasty, herbal and a touch grassy notes.
Taste: sweet with touches of malt. Yeast evident with elements of herbal, floral and earth.
Body: medium to lighter with lively carbonation.
Parting thoughts: a fantastic saison.

Bottled on 03/2016. Cork flew out of the bottle when opened, landing five feet away. Served from bottle into glass at home. First pour is entirely foam. Second, slower pour reveals a pale gold beer, fairly hazy with a large fluffy white head. Intense and complex aroma: fruity, spicy, earthy, and herbal. Hard to distinguish which aspects of the aroma comes from hops or yeast. Flavor is similarly complex more fruit and spice with a background of light golden, slightly caramel malt. Again difficult to parse out the yeast or hop contributions. Very dry finish with low bitterness and no detectable alcohol flavor. Medium full body and a slippery mouthfeel before the drying effect of the finish. Overall this beer definitely deserves its place as a classic. The weird complex aroma and flavor defines the style and quite frankly puts many American craft saisons to shame. A beautiful beer that can be analyzed and aged or simply drank on a hot day. growler6 (169) - Pocasset, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 24, 2017
Fizzy and light mouthfeel with notes of pear, berries, coriander, and clove. Honey sweetness with a dry peppery finish. Complex and refreshing. Superb. Still my favorite Saison. AndreasP (265) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 24, 2017
Weak banana, coriander and citrus. Quite peppery in both aroma and taste. Nice saison
