COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blanche du Paradis is a Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander seeds and Curaao orange peels, the spices traditionnally found in this classic style. Unfiltered and containing almost as much raw wheat as malted barley, it presents a veil of yeast and proteins giving this style its "Blanche" name. Round and light at the same time, it exhales fresh baked bread aromas, and reveals spices and citrus flavours, accompanied by subtle notes of acidity coming from the wheat.

Wonderful aromas and flavors redolent of florals, spices, yeast and citrus. Super complex and interesting... Great mouthfeel.. Fine, bottle conditioned carbonation.. Feeling light, while still being broad and full in the mouth. Penetrating flavors and a long finish.. Highly recommended if you feel like a spice wheat beer!! --- tasted while on a long journey to understand the world around me...

CanIHave4Beers (4181) - Pouring Bus, Iowa, USA - DEC 14, 2016
Pours a hazy yellow with a small But well retained head and some lacing on the glass.

The aroma is spicy & a little soapy with some mild graininess.

The flavor is pretty well balanced, pleasantly bitter with reasonably subtle spicing, a mild sweetness with a medium dry finish and some bright fruity notes throughout.

341ml bottle, bottled 04 Feb 16. Surprisingly clear golden colour with almost no head and some yeasty floaties. Strong aromas of orange zest, honey, banana, apricot and spices. The taste has sweet honey-like and slightly toasty maltiness, zesty orange, banana, a little over-spiced. Light bodied, nice acidic tang. Nice wit but just a little heavy handed on the coriander and/or 4VG phenolics.

Bierdimpfe (624) - Quebec, CANADA - SEP 2, 2016
Slightly hazy dark straw color with a strong amount of activity. Weak white half a finger head that last for 5 minutes with some good leggings. Aromas of lemon, coriander, and fresh flowers. Flavors of citrus, noble herbal spices with floral notes, and roasted grains. Subtle grassiness with an overwhelming malty feel. Well balanced sugars and bitterness but with a low sharpness. Slick medium body with a perfect amount of carbonation. Light finish of moderate length, ending with a lemony tongue coat and numbing yeasty spiciness. Overall pretty average in quality, while having decent salivating flavors they are way too faint, mediocre freshness being a little flat and dull. Overly malty and missing some sharpness. No real personality and nothing special.

Gluepot (592) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 10, 2016
A well laced thin white head on a thin golden body. A strong pleasant nose features banana, cloves and sweet malt. Sweet malt, wheat, banana from the yeast, cloves, coriander, and nutmeg create a lovely spiced Belgian taste profile. Touches of orange and kiwi, a dry finish and solid carbonation create a really refreshing, well crafted Wit.
