Orchard White is our Belgian-style witbier. We brew it with unmalted flaked wheat, oats, malted barley, corriander, orange peel, and lavender. This is a thirst-quenching beer that will be a year-round offering.

Simply. Amazing. Perfect color. Big, fluffy head. Aroma is banana and cinnamon. Sweet citrus and clove flavor. Wonderful, light body. Awesome.

750 ml bottle shared by Tmoney99 from notes. Pours a hazy yellow color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor had pale wheat malts, dough, orange citrus, lots of spices, coriander, herbal notes, straw, just wasn’t something that I wanted to drink again.

Bottle on clearance in Florida. Zero aroma. Tons of head. Overly floral. Didn’t see lavender on label unfortunately as teams not not to like. Considering lavender, not too bad

Aroma: lavender, citrus Appearance: pale gold, hazy, white foam, Taste: light sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, lavender Palate: light body, thin feel, average carbonation, Overall: different, will try again on a hot day if it is ever ’un-retired’

750 ml bottle courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a voluminous white head that hangs around a bit. Lavender blue, dilly, dilly. Hints of lavender in the aroma and flavor. Also scents/flavors of orange peel, lemon zest, coriander spice and Belgian yeast. Sweet with a hint of tartness. Medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Interesting beer, glad I got to try it.

Bottle: Muddy yellow body, almost opaque; huge, chunky, cloud-like head builds up & lasts forever... Fat, bright white lacing left all along the glass. Aroma is very floral; notes of zesty lavender, phenolic spice, coriander, baked bread, soft wheat, & some spicy, generic Belgian-style yeast. Slight twinge of musky, cotton-like funk to it. Taste explodes with fresh baked bread, wheat, & Belgian yeast. Mild flavors of lightly tart granny smith apples, citrus peel & lemon zest add a nice amount of sweetness. Grain, cotton funk, bready yeast, florals, & lavender lead into a dry, spiced finish... Hard to decide between clove or coriander... Maybe both? Highly carbonated, effervescent mouth feel. I’ve heard bad things about this beer so my expectations were low, but it wasn’t bad at all. A nice, enjoyable witbier, would be good on a hot day.

Bottled: July 2010 Aroma: Heavy Lavender, Oranges, Mild Corriander Appearance: Hazy Golden Straw/Amber Hue, Passes Some Light, White Head, Some Lacing Taste: Lavender, Oranges, Bready Mouthfeel: Decent Carbonation, Medium Bodied, Mildly Sweet

Rated on 5-08-2011 (Bottle) This beer pours a medium sized very fizzy white head that mostly diminishes, transparent golden body, fast rising carbonation, and virtually no lacing. The aroma is wheat, fruity, coriander, citrus, sweet, and orange peel. The taste is sweet, citrus, fruity, wheat, and some malt. The mouthfeel is lively and this beer is light-medium bodied. This beer is easy to drink, worth trying and somewhat refreshing.

A beer that never should’ve been retired, one of the most solid parts of the Bruery stable, the lavender really catapulted this to an excellent and unique witbier. I greatly preferred this to Saison Rue and the such.

750ml pours a hazy yellow with big white head. Wheat and floral aroma. Malty taste with big spice and floral after taste. Great beer
