Bottle at Sean and Rushes, Leicester. Pours cloudy yellow, with a ring of froth. Smells beautiful: lemon, wheat, Belgo yeastiness. Taste is beautifully dry; packed with lemon, which squelches; pockets of pin-prick sweetness. Beautiful mouthfeel. A delightful beer. Really tremendous.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow with a nice fluffy head. Aroma of grass, straw, yeast, dried fruits and hops. Taste is apple, sugar, spicy, grassy, bready. Very long and bitter finish. Theres a lot of going on in the aftertaste. Very tart and dry. Reminds me of a real heavy cider without the sweetness. Strong carbonation. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Very well crafted and balanced. One of the few Triples I really enjoy. De La Senne proves to be one fine consistent brewery. Great.

On tap at Buskers in Rome-Italy. Quite cloudy golden bright color, white foam with retention and drafts. Nose in the between the spicy yeast and the caramel. Some peach too. Mouth: watery start, spicy sweet again with a slightly bitter finish.

Bottle at the brewery. More sweet than expected from a tripel, but that is ok with me. Moderate to light high spiciness.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2016 Barwa ??ta, s?omkowa, mocno zm?tniona. Piana bia?a, niska o ?redniej trwa?o?ci.Aromat owocowo przyprawowy, w?rod owocw najwyra?niejsza jest pomara?cza i brzoskwinie. Po ogrzaniu w aromacie pojawia si? pieprz.Smak podobnie, brzoskwiniowo pomara?czowy, przyprawy, g?wnie pieprz, nieco kolendry.

330 ml bottle from BeerLovers.
Dark golden, hazy body, with some floating yeast and a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of bread, flowers, honey, grass, citrus, some spices.
Tastes of grass, flowers, herbs, citrus, honey, sweet bread, spices, some alcohol.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes dry, medium spicy, medium yeasty, floral, a bit herbal, bready, a bit sweet, moderate alcohol warming.

Very nice. Drinks smooth, alcohol is there, but not overwhelming. Greatly balanced as always from De la Senne, with a lovely mix of hoppy, floral, spicy, dry and smooth sweet notes. Overall not my favourite Tripel, but a relly enjoyable one nonetheless.
