From a 750ml bottle at The Lion’s Pride - thanks Chris! Pours a light cloudy golden colour with cream white head. Strong winey aroma with white grape and clean, crisp Asian pear. Interesting dry, crisp flavor with white grapes, chalky mineral, and a certain quality that reminded me of oak aged white wine. The finish starts off with a hint of citrus sweetness then finished bone dry as expected of Cantillon. A very well constructed gueuze that I am certain will improve even more with age.

Very intense aroma, full of barrel (very similar to 50n, but more gentle), grapes, stone fruits, a little sweet vanilla note. Amazing leather, grapes, some vanilla, oak. Long, tannic finish. Absolutely delicious, top class. Mesjasz (1556) - Lodz, POLAND - JUN 6, 2017
UPDATED: JUL 8, 2017 Crianza has one of best lambic aromas in my experience with this kind of beers. Lots of grape skins, gooseberry, vanilla, wet leather, hint of apricot and oak. It is deep, complex and very pleasant. On the other hand taste is pretty sharp, lots of sourness, but not acetic, medium dry. Flavor of young grapes, citrus zest, lemon, light lactic feel, pretty refreshing. Aftertaste is short, light tart and citric. I expected more after years of waiting, this was one of the top of my lambic must try list. It is still great beer, but for example Golden Blend suit me better. Bottle from a trade with fonefan. Great woody fresh smooth nose. The beer starts fresh smooth, sour woody and very round. Mild sour horse blanket, the woody cognac barrel
is there, the bordeaux a bit in the back as well. Great smooth aftertaste with a moderate sourness. Long, intense, round mild smooth woody sour beer. Fantastic mild woody lambic.

750. Damn, thanks, D. Let’s just not all think too much about the cost on this one, and pretend that the other bottles that came with it were a big chunk of the price. Either way, shit, it was worth it. Pours a clear bright medium amber with a scant off-white head. Basement, pencil shavings, fresh cut hardwood, minerals, wet grass and straw, and a bit of barnyard on the nose. Everything’s a beautifully integrated symphony. Creamy medium body with moderate carb. All the funky, minerally, wild notes from the nose show up on the palate, nothing overpowering, nothing out of balance, just a wild bouquet of different notes hovering in perfect formation together. Mild dry finish. JefVerstraete (3519) - Oosterzele, BELGIUM - MAR 26, 2017
From old ratings. Sample @ Tuinfeest Heeren Van Liedekerke. Hazy orange colour, creamy white foam. Nose of green apples, barnyard, funk. Lemony, refreshing. Very nice geuze. AdmiralVernon (1197) - SWEDEN - DEC 5, 2016
Hazy deep orange coloured with a one finger white head. Very funky nose to it! Nice flavours of lemon peel, grapefruit peel and apples. Earthy and funky as well! It is nice. :) Countbeer (6591) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - NOV 20, 2016

So here it is, or beter here it goes :-)
Been saving this all the time till my little baby girl was born.
Op je gezondheid, Stella!
White head. Hazy orange body.
Incredible nose: fruit, dust, cognac, funk, rubber, ash, soap, vinous, light farm and even some caramel.
Flavour is quite bitter for a Lambic. But there’s a good tartness/sourness. Some funk and wood, older flowers, fruit, earthy, darker wood, some caramel, malts, brett, light farm, some cheese and some dryness, even some cognac and wine.
Ever changing beer, interesting!
Aftertaste is dry, tart, malts, funk, brett, wood, fruit and some cheese.
Low carbo, creamy tart mouthfeel, between medium and full bodied.
Interesting beer! Not what I expected but very nice! teorn88 (7682) - Rimini, ITALY - NOV 8, 2016
75cl bottle shared at DHVL. It pours a hazed golden color with a medium white head. Aroma is rich and dusty, with oak, vanilla, funky white grapes, lemon juice, basement. Taste is also oaky and lightly bitter in between the layers of lemony tartness and basement funk. There’s some stone fruit notes, possibly from brett or oak. It’s somewhat softer than regular Cantillon gueuze. Body is medium with good carbonation. Overall, excellent and interesting beer, on pr with 50N4E for me, but there’s better Gueuze’s out there.basement aromas,
