12oz bottle poured into a Shaker at 40°. Color is a near black brown with amber tones. Medium carbonation gives it a thin tight tan head. Aroma is dry roasted nuts and cocoa. It has a medium body with a light crisp mouthfeel. Flavor is nutty with a light chocolate showing and some roasted notes. Aftertaste has a sweetness that lets the chocolate stand out for a moment before it finishes dry leaving a nutty, slightly peanut butter taste. Overall I think it's a good brew and has the flavors they said it would have, but I think I was excepting it to come across with a creamy feel.

Peanut butter porter describes it well. Nice brew. Draft at public house in Davenport

Bottle. Peanut butter cup aroma with notes of peanut butter (obviously), chocolate and some toasted malt. Pours dark caramel brown with a thin, but retentive light brown head that also has excellent lacing. Starts with toasted malt flavors with just a hint of chocolate. Finishes dry, but smooth with sweet peanut butter candy flavors that cling to the palate like a peanut butter cup. I must say I was a little surprised at how well done this brew is.

Clear dark brown color with a thin light beige head. Nutty peanut centered nose that's a little roasty and sweet with a gentle cocoa undertone. Smooth calm but sweet flavor that's not over the top but is gentle and decently dessert like with soft cocoa and roasty smooth peanut butter. Charming and nutty.

12oz bottle. Brown-black body. Thin beige head. Sweet chocolate peanut aroma. Sweet and candy like, but with a mellow soft Porter body to glide on. A little bit gimmicky for me to want to go back for more, but well executed for what it is. I can see the food pairings working well. The base Porter is solid.

12 oz bottle from a six pack bought at a grocery store somewhere in ND. First Nebraska tick. Aroma is peanut butter, chocolate, vanilla, toast. Pours black with a one finger beige head that collapses into a big bubbly ring pretty quick. Taste is lightly sweet and lightly bitter with matching flavors. Extremely tasty.

12 oz single bottle from Hy Vee Wine & Spirits - Council Bluffs (Madison Ave). Clear reddish brown appearance with a tan head. Aroma of nutty malts, peanut butter, chocolate and light caramel/toffee. Similar flavor, adding moderate sweetness and a light earthy bitterness. Medium body with a smooth creamy feel. Pretty tasty overall.

Rating the Empyrean Peanut Butter Porter, for some reason it is aliased to this beer. Strong peanut butter cup aroma, creamy yet light palate, fairly thin and easy to drink. Good beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
