Limited aroma of grain. Deep black appearance with a thick and creamy foam. Medium bodied with flavors of hops, toasted caramel, cocoa nibs, light mocha and smoke. Overall, full flavored and high drinkability. Great imperial stout.

Subtle aroma of grains and oats. Deep black appearance with a thick foam. Medium bodied with flavors of hops, toasted caramel, cocoa nibs, light mocha and smokey toffee. Overall, full flavored and high drinkability. A well done brew from my local brewery Enegren. I’d give this an A- rating. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - FEB 20, 2013
Very burnt Roasty notes. The nitro creaminess helps a bit. Some coffee notes too, more grinds than java. Some hop notes breaking through as well. Pours a dark black. JohnnyJ (5562) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 18, 2011
Sample from growler. Dark black pour, foamy tan head. Chocolate, oats, roasty, and some hoppy bitterness. A pretty nice beer, maybe close to imperial stout. Fairly light and drinkable though.
