Good caramel aroma. Very tasty and rich Märzen having a good balanced taste of caramel malt and a fine sweet character. It has no consistent flavor nuance, but has good balance between the malt and its hoppy bitterness. Nice and tasty, but not quite great Märzen for my taste.

bottle from Kaufland Bietigheim-Bissingen. Deep golden with a tall white head, malty nose. Malty and sweet with a touch of caramel and roasetd malts, some shy hops and a touch of alcohol.

Bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit ordentlicher weißer Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig fruchtig, süß, minimal röstmalzig. Geschmack süß malzig, Karamell, kräftig, getreidig, ok!

edpeg (904) - Berlin, GERMANY - AUG 7, 2014
Amber copper clear body with white head. Aromas sweet malts, grains. Palate is thin with medium carbonation and mouth feel. Aftertaste papery, malty and medium short hops finish. Sweetish. Easy to drink, malty and sweet, basic Märzen, you can finish a bottle while doing something else and not even remember the taste.

Calisky (2941) - ALSACE, FRANCE - JUL 24, 2014
Offerte par Jaghana. Couleur brune ambrée, petite mousse blanche. Nez doux de caramel. Bon gout malté caramel, malt toasté, doux en bouche. Très légère carbonation. Pas mal, merci Jagh!

2.5
bartlebier (3982) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - JUN 18, 2014
50cl screwtop bb02/2015. Pours deep yellow, stale caramel and industrial fudge nose, bland, tired and very low in any malt or hop aromatics in taste. Toast forgotten in the toaster, then Aldi honey-buttered. Palate of diluted honey, while watery. The pay-off for this Märzen of nearly 6% is very low.
