termin do 12.12.15 pół roku po terminie Piana drobna trwała, zdobi szkło. Kolor bursztynowy-czerwony mętny. Aromat winne kwaskowe, ciemne słody, czerwone owoce od truskawek po wiśnie, drożdże, cytrusowe, przyjemny. Smak estry owocowe, brzoskwinie, czerwone owoce, przyjemna guma balonowa, drożdże, lekka szorstkość od ciemnych słodów. Alkohol ułożony, goryczka wyraźna ziołowo, trawiasta, pasuje. Piwo złożone. Bardzo dobre WOW

Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds (online order). It pours a ruddy caramel brown, translucent, with a medium-sized sandalwood head. Caramel, candy sugar, coriander, spicy yeast, warm apple butter on the nose. Sweet, nutty and slightly spicy taste, with a touch of tartness in the finish. Body is surprisingly watery, with toffee apple notes in the aftertaste. I tried this after coming across the sublime Gregorius. Benno's not quite as good but still worth trying.

Flasch'n: Deep golden, hazy, big and loose, slowly collapsing, off-white head, moderate bitter-sweet "rural" yeasty nose, delicate traces of hayish hops and fruity caramel underneath; moderate bitter flavour, astonishingly light bodied for a beer of that strength, not that soft; lingering bitter-yeasty and slightly phenolic finish. Not very good. Tu felix Austria nube...

Clear amber color with light beige head. Aroma has earthy and resiny hop notes with caramelized malt and some sweet orange rind. Taste has yeast notes, some astringent fermentation notes, some woody bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. Balanced but quite yeasty.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2017 Bouteille de 33cl. Bière avec une belle couleur ambrée et une belle mousse. Très agréable en bouche avec une belle amertume et des notes de cacao. Bref une belle découverte.

Honey. Dark fruit. Spice. Pours a dark orange/amber with tons of sediment. Long lasting off white foamy head. Leaves a thick coating on the glass. Fizzy. Earthy. Honey. Dark fruit. Grass. Earth. Light bodied. Crisp finish. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
