Bottle from a Carrefour supermarket in Bruges. Pours hazy ochre with a foamy, white head that leaves lacing. The aroma contains hops, yeast, wheat, hay and grass. It is not very complex nor pronounced, perhaps due to the low ABV? The taste is light sweet and medium bitter. Dry, yeasty and wheaty finish. Lively carbonation, creamy texture and quenching. Reminded me a bit of a Saison. Good but not extraordinary. moldovan9807 (181) - Oradea, ROMANIA - APR 22, 2017
Hazy medium gold, white head. Aroma and taste of yeast, pale malts, lightly fruity and spicy, with notes of coriandre. Pleasant.

Bière blonde trouble avec un col de mousse juste comme il faut, un nez assez fleuri avec une touche légèrement sucré assez pétillante elle développe un goût un peu sucré au début et donne sur l’acide en fin de bouche, bonne bière assez fraîche... Syfher (413) - Brussels, BELGIUM - APR 13, 2017
Bottle of 33cl, in a Tumbler glass; from the fridge.
Great and refreshing taste. This Trappist beer has a beautiful light golden colour, with a nice fuzzy but lasting white head.
The aroma is wheat and yeasty, as the first taste. On the second taste/aftertaste, the yeast is dominant.
Go for it. Rubin77 (2042) - Brussels / Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - MAR 30, 2017

The beer looks nice. The color of the beer is a nice golden yellow, a bit darker than pilsener. The beer is extremely cloudy. I guess it is unfiltered. On top of the beer a nice soft layer of white foam is formed. The foam retention is good. After a while a nice thick, soft and creamy drape remains.
The smell is very nice. It is typical a trappist ale. They all have clear yeast aroma’s and flavours. The smell is filled with nice malty aroma’s, fruity yeast tones like banana, but also a nice crispiness, and some bitter hops. The yeast aroma is very nice, subtle yet clearly present. The smell overall is quite sweet, but balanced out by more bitter hops. It is very nice, subtle and lovely. It is brewed with patience.
The taste is comparable. Nice yeasty fruits, clear malts and bitter hops. I again taste some banana. All flavours are in good balance. The sweeter malts and yeast flavours blend well with the bitter hops. I really like this beer. Subtle, yet tasty.
The palate is good. Medium body, smooth texture and medium high carbonation. The finish is quite long and contains that lovely yeasty flavour. Very good beer, like you can aspect from a Trappist.
