Draft... Murky peach-colored pour with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Like everything else from this brewery on this particular day, the aroma consists of pale grains accompanied by a mild measure of diacetyl. Also, there’s a hint of jasmine. Full-bodied and creamy with laid-back carbonation. The flavor is well-balanced, bright and floral, offering mild, pale grain sweetness and jasmine. Rindy bitterness and floral/herbal jasmine in the crisp, lightly buttery finish. 7.8% ABV? Seems like the ABV is closer to 4.2%. Absolutely crazy. This brewery does seem to have a problem with diacetyl. As I’ve mentioned before, diacetyl doesn’t hurt my feelings at all, but it does seem to be running rampant throughout this brewery, showing up in at least six different styles of beer. jcwattsrugger (12420) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - FEB 4, 2014

Pours honey gold with light white head. Aroma is wheat, sweet grass, and sweet yeasty malt. Taste is sweet grassy fading to a floral bouquet with bitter and slight honey. drowland (8730) - Georgia, USA - OCT 6, 2012
10/3/12. On tap at Kickback’s. Where does he get this stuff? Oh well! Hazy golden pour with a small off-white head that sticks. The aroma is herbal, almost minty, with touches of yeast. The flavor has more herbal aspects, again with touches of mint, yeast, and fruity esters. I can’t say I know what jasmine flowers taste or smell like exactly, but I have to imagine it was captured in this beer. I haven’t had a touch of their stuff, but this is by far the best I’ve ever had by them.
