12 oz bottle from Florida. Look: Hazy copper body topped by a decent white head that leaves plentiful lacing. This is a very mild IPA; heck, it’s a mild and sweet for an APA. You should ignore the discrepancy between style expectations and flavor profile and just enjoy this tasty beer. It’s plenty flavorful with toffee, caramel, and soft ripe fruit notes dominating. Sweet up front and mildly bitter by the aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle, Whole Foods, Orlando. Sweet pineapple aroma, clear amber pour. Soft, fruity flavour, with a little background malt and bitterness. I suppose with IPAs of this strength, you expect a big hop hit every time, however, after a slow start, this is really building on me and the alcohol is pretty subtle too. Some light pine creeps in later on and gives a lovely tangy finish.
