From a bomber into pint glass. Black with small tan head. Nose is spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. Brown sugar. Dried dates. Nice big body, sweet. Chocolate finish. Nice. JK (6254) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - OCT 31, 2015
At the brewery during GABF week, 2015. Imperial pumpkin porter. Dark brown, mild roasted malt aroma. Real pumpkin flavor rather than the frequent pumpkin pie character. Earthy, but some lightly sweet malt. nice lacing head on top. Good. J_man (1022) - Tustin, California, USA - OCT 30, 2015
Chocolate and roasted grain on the nose with a beautiful crystal clear ruby/amber colored body and a tan head. Delicious dark and milk chocolate pour over the tongue followed by a nice alcohol perkiness that keeps things from getting too sweet or thick. The body is full and slightly creamy, but thins out later on which is nicely to style for a porter. Dry graininess shows up with a bit of bitterness and some vanilla notes. I didn’t really get any pumpkin in the flavor, this struck me as a straight on strong porter. Finishes up with a dark coffee aftertaste and more dark chocolate. Although I was hoping for more pumpkin flavor, this is one tasty beer.

Release #24, 22 ounce bottle. Pours a dark brown, with a nice tan head. Aroma of malt and fruit. Taste of coffee, chocolate, pumpkin, and malts. Well blended and quite smooth and drinkable. This is a very good brew. The pumpkin is not over-done, just right. Thumbs up! fcjack1 (276) - Washington, USA - OCT 2, 2015
Bomber from Pint Defiance. Pours dark brown. Thin tan head. Scent is somewhat malty, spicy. Taste is also malty, bready. Some pumpkin spice. Not much alcohol. Pretty good. malkyore (377) - - OCT 2, 2015
Pumpkin and stuff... And toasty malts and junk and also a weird aftertaste that I don’t quite enjoy.... But you know... It’s still pretty good. BeerRenter76 (1029) - Texas, USA - SEP 26, 2015
What i liked most about this one was the pumpkin wasnt in your face overwhelming like many of these type of beers. A fair amount of spices with cinnamon, allspice, some slight chocolatey roastiness from the malts. Finishes dry, overall a nice Imperial Pumpkin Porter.
