Release #54, 6% ABV. Pours thin but very dark, the head dissipates very quickly. Aroma is baker’s chocolate and a little coffee, faint, piney hops. More baker’s chocolate on the flavor, a little bit of mint, a little bit of caramel. Slightly watery finish. Not bad. commonshawn (1339) - Minnesota, USA - MAY 16, 2015
Tap at taphouse grill in Seattle with commonmac and rosskyle. Nearly black with very thick foamy head. Smells like a malty stout. Sweet and malty. Extremely smooth and creamy. Like a meal that’s very soft on the palate. Clean finish. Quite good. Sask89 (530) - Regina, Saskatchewan, CANADA - MAY 12, 2015

Yikes! Expected so much more based on other Epic beers. Aroma of coffee, dark brown color with a short lasting tan head. Watery feel, light bodied beer with a coffee taste and a very light bodied coffee finish. kidobutai (700) - Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA - FEB 26, 2015
Poured from a bottle. Very short head. No lacing. Honestly, "watery" is the way I’d describe this beer. mike5326 (1788) - virginia beach, Virginia, USA - FEB 26, 2015
Poured from a bottle. Dark brown color, no real head, highly carbonated. Roasted malt aroma. Light body with a watery carbonated coffee flavor and a light finish.
