3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours hazy gold with a 2 finger foamy whiteish head. Rather belgian aroma - with some spiceiness and light stone fruit. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor does seem to have tea - and arguably peach/nectarine. It’s certainly on the bitter side - sort of like tea bitter. The aftertaste is much like peach flavored tea for me. Drinks very nicely.
(Backlog) Bottle at fantasy tasting at Paul’s. Hazy golden pour with white head. Acetone, burnt, plastic, other off tones, nothing here seems right. reebtogi (6270) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 27, 2011
650ml bottle pours golden orangeish color with about a finger of white head which leaves behind some nice lacing. Aroma is very mild possibly some tea and citrus. Taste is grainy malt sweetness with some tea flavor and a light earthy hop bitter finish. Light to medium body with a modest carbonation providing a decent mouthfeel. An interesting brew which was somewhat enjoyable. skoisirius (1909) - Earth, Washington, USA - SEP 8, 2011
22oz from FTB, Seattle. Golden pour, light teaish nose, hints of citrusy malt and sugar. Flavors are fairly light, but there. Soft sugars blended with hints of green tea and Earth. Nice idea, needs a bit more OOMPH. j12601 (11990) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 18, 2011
Bottle at Victor’s bracket box tasting at Paul’s. Pours a lightly hazed gold with a thin white head. Slightly burnt aromas, sulfur and toast, vinyl and plastic. Weird estery plastic and then emptiness. And then, a weird slow burnt flavor that I can’t really place. Something definitely odd and wrong here. Soft burnt plastic finish. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - APR 21, 2011
Bottle:   Deep straw, hazy, large rocky white head, very nice lacing.   Straight up bike tire air and musty herbal/floralness on the nostrils.   Thankfully not as rubbery on the tongue, but that stale tire air still gets to me.   Otherwise a very musty and herbal sorta of floralness sums this one up.   Interesting beer, and had it been spicier it would have counteracted the yeasty notes better.   Nice clean exit, a little sweet, some flowering bud like aromas.   Certainly different from the norm.

Golden in color, hazy with a thin head. Light aroma and flavor overall. Very much like a tea not much hops and the malt was just sweet little spice to this. Another science project for Epic Ales.
22oz bottle-thanks jtclockwork for sharing-pours a slightly hazy yellow with a rich white head. Aroma is tea with jasmine-spice, light malt, yeast. Taste is herbal/tea, light malt-some bread, yeast. Thin/light body. Interesting. jtclockwork (16581) - , New Jersey, USA - NOV 11, 2010
Bottle shared with Jcwattsrugger. Thanks to 5000. Pours yellow gold. Semi Cloudy. Nose and taste of green tea, wheat, barley, spice and yeast. carruthm (1401) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 14, 2010
Bottled, pretty heavy on the tea with a dry and bitter finish. Rather alkaline
