COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic west-coast red. As malty as it is hoppy. Brewed with rooibos tea, it’s earthy with hints of tobacco, vanilla and cedar. Like a sheep smoking a pipe. Brewed just once. Enjoy.

Bottle:   Comes across as a mushroomy Amber, bits of biscuit, some fruitiness, a little ESB like at times.   Very unique.   Earthy and funky mushroom aroma.   Sweet on the tongue, almost a bit candyish, but flavorwise its a medley of garden and earthy vegetation.   Seems like a cross between Amber, Brown, English Pale Ale, and a bit of ESB.   Aroma is sweaty, but comes across as a bit more complex and whacky on the tongue.   Not a traditional sort of Amber, but interesting.

Dark orange amber pour some head fades fast. Aroma of pears, apples, funk, vinegar. Tastes woody, smoky, slow to hit you sweetness. Some tang not as much as it smells. Very smooth body light carb. Not as acidic as I’d expect for something with rooibos in it. Only real hint of rooibos is a faint tomatoey note. Ends up tasting like a tangy vegetal well done british pale. Seems more like 20 ibus.
