Draft to taster at Cappy’s pour opaque black with thin tan head. Nose lovely big cinnamon, vanilla, hot chocolate, and dark chocolate. Taste cinnamon starts before it even hits your tongue. Cinnamon, buttercream icing, vanilla, and chocolate cake. Desert in a glass and quite yummy. Just a hint of woody barrel late. Spicy cinnamon finish.
Pours oily black opaque with brown foamy head which transforms itself to a ring around glass edges. Mellow roasted grain, both by aroma & flavor: cinnamon, caramel, toasted toffee & coconut, intense chocolate, coffee, cacao, hot spices, vanilla, molasses, vanillin, gentle woody tannins, whisky alcohol warmth. Dry finish, thick body, very, very smooth texture, moderate carbonation. Amazing. Nische (2512) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 16, 2017

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2017 Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a black color with a large creamy brown head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was strong cocoa, coffee and cinnamon-sugar. The flavor was amazingly strong cocoa powder, coffee, molasses and cinnamon-sugar. Incredibly long finish of cocoa and cinnamon that coats the tongue and will not leave. Thick and full body. Marvelous!! Svartvit (950) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 29, 2017
