Draft at the Epic Brewing Denver Taproom. Poured a clear yewllow golden color with a small white head. Aroma was light crisp malts, grassy notes. Flavor was similar - crisp lager notes. Light biscuit, malt. Bartzilla (622) - La Mesa, California, USA - DEC 10, 2015
It’s exactly what you expect. A full flavored lager, though it doesn’t really stand out in any aspect. It even says "Classic Series" on the bottle. So, what you’re getting is a lager. I don’t think I need to get into too much detail on what you’ll be expecting. Block (2673) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - AUG 10, 2015
It’s a light lager and probably best suited for days spent outdoors. Light, clean, refreshing. No strong or dominate flavors. drjay44 (3676) - Salida, Colorado, USA - JUN 24, 2015
651 ml. bottle. Pours a medium, well retained, white head, with extensive lacing, over a clear dark yellow (SRM 4) body.....nose is cereal malts, light hops with slight floral spice, balanced, no esters.....taste is initially dry, with light cereal, hints of light colored fruits (pear, apple) adding slight sweetness, finishing dry with mild bitterness, balanced, no esters.....mouth feel, light of medium body, no alcohol, light acid and high carbonation. This is a nice example of a not very interesting style. It is crisp, clean and refreshing, but not particularly interesting in either aroma or flavor. Ouray, CO - Ouray Liquors - 22 oz bomber. Hazy medium golden pour, pillowy white head that leaves plenty of lacing. Aroma has a yeasty bent to it, a touch of nuttiness. Flavor is full-bodied and smooth with some cake mix sweetness, a touch of yeast, some buttery notes, nutty finish. Thickish mouthfeel. Pretty solid.

Sample at the Winking Lizard Epic Tap Takeover on 03/14/2015. Pours a clear gold color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, biscuit malt and a little fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall. Bottle from Hazel’s beverage world. pours golden with a white head. leaves some lacing in the glass. has a bit of a hop presence on the nose. The malty base comes through on the tongue more than the hops. finishes clean. Kind of boring. UncleKorm (1312) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - SEP 15, 2014
Bomber bottle poured a hazy golden hue w/ a creamy medium white head to a thin cap and broken lacing. Medium bready aroma. Initial flavor is moderate sweet w/ a light bitter finish of short duration. Tastes are lemon, grass, white bread, and hay. Medium bodied and lively carbonation.

This is what a lager should taste like. In my opinion its the best lager I’ve ever had.
