Draft @ Stout, Hollywood, CA. Pours a hazy orange color with a small longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus aroma. Fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus flavor with weak yeasty hints. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter citrus finish.

Ive had most of the fruit and barrel treatments of this beer, its about time I had the base. Bottle. Clear golden color, fluffy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Aroma of huge tropical fruitand light herbs. Taste is mildyl bitter perfume and herbs. Tasty all on its own.

Bottle at RBWG 2013 Grand Tasting. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a slight white cream head. Lots of bright citrus in the nose with a good dose of Belgian yeast. Medium sweet flavor, light dry grapefruit, yeast, spicy pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean, fresh finish, some grapefruit, orange, melon. Good stuff.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours hazy golden amber with a 4 finger foamy white head. Aroma through the head has lots of resin with some light pitted fruit. Med + body. Flavor is resin, fruit and herbal hop. Theres some typical Belgian yeast/spice. In fact its pretty spicy in a non-jalapeno sense. Head does some lacing. Its quite flavorful. Nicely done.

On tap at Backcountry Pizza poured a hazy gold with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of biscuit, grapefruit, earthiness, lemon zest and light pine. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, orange zest, grapefruit and light pine with a smooth dry moderatly bitter lingering grapefruit finish.

Bomber from Beer Run. Pours a hazy orange-amber color with a large foamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of pine and herbal hops, faint fruit and spice. The taste is caramel, herbal and pine hops, stone fruits, spice. Medium bodied, well balanced. Nice.

Sample from cask at the 10th annual Barleys Mini Real Ale Fest on 05/04/13: Clear orange color with a medium foamy white head that recedes slowly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops and tropical fruit. Medium body with flavors of fruity hops, biscuit malt and a bit of yeast. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

"Epic further establishes that they are, indeed, Utahs best brewery. Wonderful balance between dry, zesty, fruity yeast and light citrus and piney hops. No alcohol evident, great flavor but the aroma is especially nice. I could drink this all day."

Bottle. Eucalyptus/orange malt and grapefruit peel aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet floral orange malt and moderately bitter pine/eucalyptus flavor. Nice - unique.
