This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

Pours a hazed golden in color with soft white head. A bit of funky tart peach aroma. Light and refreshing with a slight tart peach character, then hits with a strong alcohol finish. Notes: old note, summer '12

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2018 4oz sample at Epic, very good peach and Belgian flavors. This beer does a good job at mixing fruit and a Belgian style beer together.

I was interested in trying a wild ale with peach. This beer pours light with minimal head. The aroma is of oak with only the slightest hint of fruit. If it didn’t say peach in the label I’m nit sure I would’ve gotten to peach. The beer is thin on the palate and drinks more like s smooth mixed beverage than a beer. Though thin, the high ABV doesn’t scream at you with burn and it drinks fairly smooth. Overall, I appreciate the attempt, but there is nothing here to me bring back for more. I can say I tried it once. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sweet stone fruits, peach, apricot, grain malts. Clear gold, tiny, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More bittersweet stone fruits, peach, nectarine, unripe tropical fruits, mango, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very nice BSA. Keg at taproom, Denver.

Some peach and lots of sour lime. Golden pour with ok head. Tangy finish. Not a lot of peaches like Presidents of the United States of America. Very sour. Tap at brewery.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is peach, vegetables. Taste is vegetables, yeasty, peach. Silky mouthfeel. Not great.

Belgian bomb! Wheat, Belgian yeast, alcohol notes, like a very mild vodka, peach is barely detectable and just noticeable in the finish. Light oak and saw dust in the nose, but not in the taste. Medium body and club soda like. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a bottle, aroma of peach and Belgian yeast. Pours a clear peach color with a lasting white head and a lot of carbonation. A taste of peach and Belgian yeast. Medium body with a light peach finish.

Really good: malt content, fresh peach flavor, cleanliness and simplicity for an 11%+ beer. Not so good: bubblegum like sweetness, near bland-ness in the palate, boring aroma. All in all, great drink for ABV, but I overpayed for ABV.
