COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

On tap @ FoBAB 2016. Pour is translucent golden yellow with no head. Notes of sweet peaches, musk, sour mash, and booze.

Beautiful dry peach aroma. Clear golden color with no head. Very dry almost grapefruit feel. Amazing.

Light floral fragrant peach over a vanilla cream aroma. Clear blond thin but active head. Soft spices blend with a nice woody vanilla peach bite. Medium body leaves a light stain behind.

22 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a clear gold with a white head that fizzles away quickly. The beer has a juicy peach character to it, with notes of dry wine. Some funky notes come through on the back end. Fairly sweet. The peach gets a bit lost. As the beer warms, the Belgian yeast esthers become more noticeable. I get white pepper and dry wood. Big body and moderate carbonation.

Bottle in Encinitas with Bri. Terrible. Steel Reserve with peaches, not undrinkable but really bad and incredibly overpriced. Crazy thing is the sour BA version of this beer is so incredibly good, but this is not worthy of Epic.

Hazy pale orange, a tiny fizzy head, no lacing. Delicate aroma of peach flesh (not the typical artificial peach aroma). Thin to the palate, lot of peach and yeast, Belgian malts, a bit of booze in the end (release #64, 10.1%), but still easy to drink. A bit more than a Fanta with beer. Nothing amazing.

Why must I figger out the ABV? WTF? Why did I try this tap at industry public house? Too much money. The title was better than the beer, this stuff is so over the top alky that it becomes cloying, no peaches in the flavor initially and no peaches to the finishes, come on. Yes, you used peaches but the flavor is all fermented out, go figger. Way too expensive for this clear pale high alky fruit BS! Flat, some warming down the gullet. Not as good as I thought it would be, whew. Reminds me at times of a domestic barley wine. Not worth the extra cash. Not impressed.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours clear golden with a tiny white ring. Smells strongly of stone fruits and hints of wheat. Taste is fruity, sweet, hints of vanilla. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and average mouth-carbonation, Epic Brainless on Peaches finishes with a lingering fruity tartness.

August 27th, 2014 - Moving from our darker, hoppier samplers, we now arrive at the sours, which I am beginning to think Epic specializes in. The bottles and bottles of various sours in the refrigerator are a good hint, but the menu is replete with them. For the first shot, weve got Brainless on Peaches, a light colored beer, with a fuzzy top for a head. White peach fills the air and nose, with bubble gum and fresh apple, too. Its a light and refreshing smell, beckoning to Spring. The palate is similarly thin and delicate, and glides on the tongue like a cloud. Apple and peach flavors appear here too, reminding me of the juice at the bottom of a fruit cup. The mid-taste is dominated by peach, and the overall impression of the flavor almost has an ice cream like quality, smooth and sweet, but in an elegant fashion.
