This beer has a rich and complex malt flavor balance with a bit of spicy noble hops. The peach is very subtle but noticeable, with a dry finish from the champagne yeast in the 2nd fermentation in the French Chardonnay barrels.

Appearance: translucent yellow color with white head head dissolves slightly quickly but it is nice when poured - not a lot of lacing left on glass Aroma: smell peach when poured sour slightly funky smell sweet Taste: slightly funky sour peach taste, taste like wine or chanpagne very fizzy Palette: a little tart and bitter at end light body Overall: this beer has a great flavor profile and is very interesting - it really taste like wine rather than a beer I am very surprised ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from bottle, pours a clear dark gold with bubbly white head and spotty lacing in the glass, the aroma is what you would expect, lots of peaches and sweet fruit with a touch of funk and belgian yeast, the flavor has a peachy and fruit front end with a spice like finish with a little bit of dryness from the wine coming through, I rather enjoyed it, guilty pleasure I suppose.

Bomber- Really pale golden (almost clear) color. Pours bubbly but quickly dissipates. Very, very faint smell of peaches. Not sure what to say about the taste- a sort of pleasant, explosion of sweet and bitter along with the the sensation of booze on your tongue and down the throat.

From short notes. Peachy and a little Belgiany. White wine notes and honey. Malty, but simple and very muddled taste. Nice enough

Release #3 from a 22 oz bottle. Pours gold with small head and lace . Aroma of light malts, lemon, peaches, persimmon. Big carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of peaches, alcohol, lemon zest, light malts, oak. Overall wild and complex, rich, challenging yet tasty.

Tastes better than the Two Jokers beer we got a couple weeks ago. I?m a porter guy and this beer was kinda tasty. A little dry aftertaste though...

Taster at the brewery. Pours a bright yellow with thin white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast, white wine, hints of oak. Taste is white wine, oak and bits of tropical fruit. Not much peach. Honey sweetness. Palate is light body, light carbonation. Highly rated, but not really my style.

THOUGHTS: Nice, but not as great as I thought it would be. The peach flavor was a little artificial or, at least, canned. The aroma was somehow artificial and I couldn’t quite get past that. TECHNICAL: Drank 4/21/2013. Bottle. Poured a fairly clear, but maybe slightly cloudy, medium golden with a frothy and fizzy, white head that mostly diminished and left good lacing. The aroma had moderately spicy yeast, pear, odd peach, canned peach juices or syrup and something grassy. The initial flavor was moderately sweet and lightly acidic; while the finish was moderately sweet, lightly bitter and slightly sour. There was canned peach syrup, spicy yeast, pears, peaches, honey and light caramel. The medium body was dry with fizzy and very tingly carbonation and a slightly alcoholic finish.

GG (2332) - NorCal, California, USA - OCT 13, 2014
22oz bottle - Aroma - phenolic with a canned peach/syrup-y angle, light wood and caramel too Appearance - hazy golden body, smallish 1-finger white foamy head, average retention/lacing Mouthfeel - medium bodied, light carbonation Flavor - peach yogurt, bubblegum, lightly citrus and yeasty Overall - refreshing, clean but lacks complexity and the peach character seems a bit odd at times.
