Nose of grainy rice notes, a little sweetness, a touch of earthy notes as well. Smells to me like that japanese brown rice green tea. Fucking good, i like that shit. Pours amber, thin fizzy head. Flavors of that good ass japanese brown rice tea, light sweetness, a little toasty and earthy, grain, rice is there. Crisp finish, dry, quenching. Really good specialty grain beer. I enjoyed it.

Bomber courtesy of douglas88. Pours orange/copper with off white head. The aroma is spicy with yeast and then moving toward an apricot to apple like fruitiness. The taste begins spicy then it picks up grains, apple, pear and apricot. Interesting stuff and easy drinkn’s too.

Ruddy brown with a thin khaki foam. Grainy aroma, bread, and sour dough. Light body and mouthfeel. Slight bitterness. Light caramel and toast. Finish is dry with a little residual sweetness. Not a bad beer.

22oz bottle, thanks to DanielCoor for sharing! Release #9, 5.6% ABV. Totally hazy orange amber color. Minimal white head, dots of lace. Smooth, lightly soft lighter carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Good toasty, grainy malt bill. Light citrusy hop to it. Moderate bitter taste, light sweet. Solid, easy-drinking smooth brown rice ale.. Never had a rice ale that was specifically brown rice, pretty cool

Drake (13952) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 6, 2011
Bomber from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA, opened 4/26/11. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized creamy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of rice, floral hops and faint nutty notes. The taste is very much similar with a bit of apple and caramel as well. Medium bodied. Decent beer.

Thanks to IBrew2or3 for the share. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Nose is malt, hops, slight nail polish, and noticeble sweetness with some pepper and some apple. Flavor is sweetness, apple, and pepper. Sweetness, some yeast, and more pepper bring up the rear into the finish. Interesting beer.

SuperDave (1932) - Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA - JAN 8, 2011
Clear gold pour with a thin head. Light aroma of rice, yeast and light fruit. Light, sweet, nutty flavor. Interesting brew.
