COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made with classic Pacific Northwest Cascade, Centennial, Mt. Hood in the boil and dry hopped with more Cascade hops. Cascade aroma dominates the nose, so be sure to sniff it like a wine snob. Plenty of ultra premium Maris Otter malt and three specialty malts give the beer a nice smooth sailing biscuit like aroma and body, some sweetness, well balanced against 5.8% alcohol by volume.

Rating #2640 - 2016.06.27 - Sample at "taproom" - Golden amber pour with a bubbly, lasting white foam. Aroma is sweet piney, lemony, mild grassiness. Taste is a blast of citrusy sweetness, tempered by a decent punch of hoppy bitterness. Not unbelievably memorable, but a decent APA. Nice.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2016 From the bottle the aroma is hoppy and I get a very light pine note. The Beer is clear and orange and red in color. The head is white and thing but lingers, the taste is malts but not heavy. The hops complete the finish, and the overall carbonation is good. Takeaway, this is a crisp pale ale with a good hop balance.

Metalchopz (3419) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 2, 2015
Had at the Yard House, at the Red Rock Casino in Vegas under the name Epic Rino Pale ale and with nitro. Pours a hazy golden-amber with a creamy beige head, good retention and lacing. Fruity malt aromas with nutty notes and some decent grassy hops. The hops do take a little over in the taste, over the fruity and mild nutty malts. An overall nice refreshing, fruity and hoppy APA.

Slightly hoppy APA, but not over powering good malty flavor not much of an after taste over all a good beer. Pours a nice full head about two fingers worth really holds up.

Aroma: citrus, passiion fruit, mango, caramel. Appearance: golden color, white head. Taste: medium bitterness (herbs and pine), citrus notes, some caramel and roasted notes, dry. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: Drinkable PA, rather classical variation on PA than APA.

22 oz bottle. (Texas Wine & Spirits) Carlsbad, CA.
Amber colour with a mid-size off-white head. The aroma is sweet piney and fruity hops, mild bitterness and malty sweetness. The flavour is fruity and citrusy hops, mild bitterness and sweet maltiness. Not necessarily super fresh bottle.
