Made with classic Pacific Northwest Cascade, Centennial, Mt. Hood in the boil and dry hopped with more Cascade hops. Cascade aroma dominates the nose, so be sure to sniff it like a wine snob. Plenty of ultra premium Maris Otter malt and three specialty malts give the beer a nice smooth sailing biscuit like aroma and body, some sweetness, well balanced against 5.8% alcohol by volume.

Bottle from Epic. Pours a warm orange color with an off-white head. Smells and tastes of orange zest, bitter hops, salt, and malt. Balanced and easy drinking. Great for the style.

Hazy golden yellow pour with large fluffy head. Aroma of pine and hops. Taste is earthy, corn and slight hops. Low carbonatioin and nothing at all appealing about this beer. Very dissapointing from this newer exciting brewery.

polomagnifico (1202) - Saginaw, Michigan, USA - AUG 17, 2012
Bottle. Aroma has notes of caramel malts, pine resin hops, citrus and slight infection. Medium copper amber hue with a huge off-white head that stuck around and left good lace. Flavor is very sweet and medium bitter. Palate is medium/full bodied and fizzy carbonation. Overall an ok Pale Ale but I’m detecting an infected bottle here. There are off aromas and flavors but they remain mostly hidden behind the large hop and malt profile. Way too much carbonation as well. Too bad. Everything else was looking stellar.

22oz bottle. Orange color with thin white head. Slight grapefruit aroma. Biscuity and earthy taste. A very solid beer.

colui72 (1193) - HONG KONG - AUG 23, 2015
Amber with creamy medium head. Aroma is fruity and malty. Taste follows, no much hops. But a farly good APA!

Caytinator (1005) - Waco, Texas, USA - MAY 18, 2014
5oz taster at the brewery. Neon opaque copper color, good lacing, good head, appetizing as hell. Good description, it’s hop-forward, very floral, a little grassy/farmy beer--easy-drinking, not very hoppy, no severe bitterness. Get some!

UPDATED: OCT 11, 2013 Overrated simply because it comes from Epic. Bitter IPA that isn’t anything to write home about.

hellomynameis (877) - Mayer, Minnesota, USA - OCT 2, 2010
Pretty light, decent head at first but it slowly disappears. Slight metallic taste at first, but hopes plow through with a nice citrus touch in a good blast of piney resin like hoppines. Lots of malt in her as well. Kind of on the verge of big IPA teritory I feel, but it is well mellowed out and has a good balance.

Poured from a bomber it a amber color. Aroma of pine and resin. The taste has a grainy flavor with some citrus and more resin. Pretty good beer.
