COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper Cone Pale Ale is a special offering, aroma rich, pale ale that may vary the hops, malts and even sometime the yeast used. Typically this beer is an “over the top” Pale Ale with a deep copper color and loads of dry hopping going into each batch. The fresh hop aroma of this beer makes it a stand out. Stronger in alcohol and body than CAPT’N CROMPTON’S PALE ALE and appeals to beer aficionados.

Very well done beer. Nothing too crazy but an easy sipper with a well balanced profile. Pours a bright golden yellow with a finger of dense white head. Light carbonation in the body with an aroma of light citrus and floral hops, a pinch of spice and a light toasted malt base. Very well balanced with a medium body, crisp and moderately bitter finish. Well done

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy amber with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma got marmelade malts and toffee, piney and fruity hops. Taste is light sweet smooth malty, toffee, good hoppy dry finish, with pine cones and dry citrus, jolly good.

650ml bottle (release #79, 6.7%alc/vol) pours a copper color with a finger and a half of off-white head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus and caramel with some hints of pine. Taste is a citrus and light pine hop bitterness with a light fruity and caramel malty sweetness. Light to medium bodied with good carbonation that satisfies the palate. Overall, a hop forward pale ale that is full flavored and worth checking out.

On tap at Epic Brewing in Denver. Pours a very cloudy copper colour with a medium tan head. Aroma has a light hop and fruit character to it. Taste is a little sweet throughout and not too bitter. Smooth mouth feel, medium body, and lightly carbonated for a pale ale. Overall it’s a pretty good beer.

On tap at the Denver brewery. Dark orange, light amber and pretty clear appearance with an off-white head and light lacing. Aroma of light hop resin, pine, floral notes and citrus fruits. Similar flavor, medium resinous hop bitterness and light malty sweetness. Medium body with soft carbonation and a light dry finish. A nice hoppy, yet easy drinking pale ale.
