COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Copper Cone Pale Ale is a special offering, aroma rich, pale ale that may vary the hops, malts and even sometime the yeast used. Typically this beer is an over the top Pale Ale with a deep copper color and loads of dry hopping going into each batch. The fresh hop aroma of this beer makes it a stand out. Stronger in alcohol and body than CAPTN CROMPTONS PALE ALE and appeals to beer aficionados.

Ampolla 65cl. APA molt ben feta i molt ben equilibrada. No es excessivament amarga sense perdre la personalitat d American Pale Ale.

Tasting at Matts, release #79, 6.7%
Hazy copper to amber color.Biscuity caramel tones, mild residual sweetness, resiny and piney hopping, with orange pel, and some astringency in the final.
Somewhere between APA and old style IPA, quite good.

650ml bottle @ Matts. Release #79. Pours a cloudy brown colour with a thin off-white head. Nose is light with mildly hopped note and some malty aspects. Flavour is earthy, hops bitterness that is kept in check by some sweet malts.

Hazy light amber. No head. This isnt bad - toasty, light orangey hop notes. A nice balanced amber, orangey hops come through. Its basic, but well-made.

22 oz. bottle, pours an opaque dark amber orange brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, toasted caramel and some old, stale bread. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted caramel, resinous hops, and again the stale bready notes. Probably not fresh, but still pleasant with the hop resins and caramel. Wish this were fresher, so Ill be generous with my rating. Decent.

September 4th, 2014 - On the way out from a recent visit to Epic Brewing, we grabbed a couple bottles, one as a present, and one for myself - the selfishness tax. And that bottle was their Copper Cone Pale Ale, a brunette beer which kicks up more than a few fingers of foam. The aroma has a lot of the traits of a hoppy red ale, which a high and rusty aroma, but additional sampling brings in some bananas, bubble gum, strawberry, passion fruit and generally the impression that the scent is "juicy", blended with a nice hoppy bitterness. The flavor starts sweeter, but flattens out quickly. The long aftertaste is dominantly hoppy, with just a dab of lingering strawberry. The middle is briefly bitter too, but that quickly evaporates once the clearer hoppy notes come through.

Rating #2108 - 2015.10.08 - Bottle from CBI Golden pour with a bubbly, lasting white foam. Aroma is citrusy, grapefruit notes, mild grassiness, mild floral, piney scent.Taste is a blast of grapefruity hop character whose bitterness evolves to define this beer, a bold bitterness following a crisp, floral, resinous, citrusy sweetness
