Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is bready, resin, mild dusty wood, some yeastyness and mild toffee. Flavour is bready, caramelly, mild herbal and dry wooden. Big maltyness.
Bottle 65 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a roughish off-white head. Tropical fruit aroma with peachy aromas dominating. Medium body, slightly sweet and fruity, again with a great hop bill emphasizing peach. Discreet but sufficient bitterness. 100912 Travlr (24869) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - FEB 9, 2011
Bomber at Churchkey. My second favorite brew of the Epic launch in DC. Murky brown color, solid off white head with good lacing. Aroma of pure pine resin and Christmas tree. Taste is very bitter from start to finish, with great body. Much more like an IPA than a pale ale, and very pleasantly so. madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - APR 13, 2013

Release #27! Cloudy amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Smooth palate, a little soft and airy with mild fine carbonation that provides a bite. Reasonable balance - mild toffee malt. A little orange marmalade but the dominant hop flavour is nettley pine. Finishes smooth with a little more citrus and subtle red berry fruits. Nice piney hop aftertaste. Good stuff!
