2015-03-14. Hazy dark golden yellow body with a small white head. 3+ Aroma is mildly funky, fairly alcoholic, light fruit. Flavour is relatively mild, lightly funky and lightly sour, moderate bitter hops and alcohol that grows as you go. Lingering funky hops. Smooth bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Decent. Bit too mild overall but nice. Bottle, Release 4, shared by treehugger. jde123 (775) - Washington, Washington DC, USA - MAR 28, 2015
This is one fantastic beer. Popped it open, and a wonderful aroma filled the air. Golden pour, frothy head, bright effervescence. Definitely one to get again. drjay44 (3708) - Salida, Colorado, USA - MAR 26, 2015
651 ml. bottle, shared with multiple others at brewclub. Pours a thin white head over a slightly hazy yellow (SRM 3) body......nose is barnyard, Brett, minimal hops, slight cereal, light floral notes balance to the Brett.....taste is lightly sour with barnyard, typical Brett notes, balance to the Brett.....mouth feel, medium body, alcohol warmth present. This is a well balanced beer with adequate Brett notes. BJCP 8/3/14/4/7 asceticbrewer (69) - Arizona, USA - MAR 18, 2015
Release 5. Bomber into tulip. Pours a bright golden orange, with a thin white head. Aroma is funky, white wine. Taste is tart, funky, white wine, with a slight fresh grape fruitiness. commonmac (1245) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 14, 2015
Big bottle purchased at Elevated in South Mpls. Consumed with commonshawn. Golden color with nice froth action. Aroma is vibrant...yeast, slight funk, sour/tart. Taste is fruity and sour. Alcohol presence is felt. Lingers well after consumption as expected of this style. Funky and tart like an apple from an orchard in the fall. Not really my style of beer but I can appreciate the effort.

Big bottle from elevated with commonmac. Light gold with small white head. Sour fruit aroma. Taste is sour and lingering but has some citrus spice hop near the middle and end. Stings the throat. Bits of bubble gum and pineapple. Not really what I expected. The sourness was a bit much for me. Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - MAR 14, 2015
Bomber: Thanks Radarsock: Release 1: Shared with Iluvatarmilan in a Chouffe glass at 13 degrees
Medium sized white head. Hazy yellow colored beer.
Aroma and flavour are a delicious mix of delicious fruit, delicious brett ’n fine wood with a sprinkle of spice.
Aftertaste is a mix of fruits, yeast, light bitter, some woodand sweets.
Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, very good medium bodied. luttonm (6271) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 13, 2015
Bottle at Seattle Share. Part of the blind brett saison tasting. Slightest haze, golden yellow, small foam. think body, odd juicy. A little sour-tart, apples. Tart carbonation. The most commercial tasting of the four. Prufrockstar (2132) - Moscow, Idaho, USA - MAR 9, 2015
Thanks to Eugene for this, as part of a saison-brett blind tasting. Clear gold, no head. Aroma: cider; tons of toasted cereal. Floral, citrus, maybe some lime and toast or something. Sweet, brett character is minimal (so say my notes, but I was educated about oily brett today, and I guess this falls into that realm of expression), also wouldn’t call this a saison. Cheesy bubblegum, not for me. No way that this should be classified as a sour, IMO. Itzjerm (2866) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - MAR 5, 2015
A good Bret beer but I prefer there others which are complex enough to truck me into liking them. This one is milder not as left field but good still. Leather comes through sweet grain. Good beer.
