COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You won’t find any astringent sorghum in this beer. Instead we use light-bodied millet, brown rice, sweet potatoes and molasses along with plenty of American hops. This beer has a golden color, aromas of hops and sweet potatoes with a sweet grain flavor and a clean, sorghum-free finish.

651 ml. bottle. Pours a minimal, fizzy, poorly retained, off white head, over a dark gold (SRM 6) body.......nose is light pine, resin, light sweet tones.....taste is lightly sweet, with hints of sweet potato, finishing almost dry with fairly sharp hop bitterness......mouth feel, light body, mild alcohol, high carbonation, moderate astringency. This is not a particularly pleasant beer, although it is somewhat more drinkable than some of the other gluten free beers. It is the grain chosen that makes the difference. Rice is very neutral. Grass and funk. Clear amber, medium head with little retention. Bretty funk. Medium body, moderate carbonation. I don’t know if brettanomyces was supposed to be in this beer, but it found its way in, or this bottle was mislabeled.

For gluten free it's a nice beer. Okay mouthfeel. Unique how they make this one. Not to great but considering all not to bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

651mL bottle pours with a clear gold body that supports a weak forgettable head of brief bubbles. The aroma offers up gravel earthiness, thin tart lemon and lime and dirt. The taste is messed up tart apples, earthy gravel, soft earthy somehow dirt like sugary notes. This is a train wreck. Yuck!

Clear brilliant gold, no head, with a big aroma of sweet potato, earthy dirty blonde malts and a touch of molasses. The flavor is smooth and mellow and complex, starting with some corn and yams, melding into an earthy brown rice flavor with a touch of sugar, and lightly herbal hops, and is that a playful note of lemon zest? This isn’t just "good for a GF beer", its good all on its own. Well played!

Bomber poured a clear tarnished gold with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of caramel, light earthiness and light spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of caramel, light earthiness and a hint of fruitiness with a crisp dry finish.

Gold pour with not much in the nose or flavor. Thin bodied, with mild hops and starchiness in the flavor, but doesn’t taste good.

Tap at Strange. This beer is empty. There is no flavor to it at all. It is alcoholic, golden-colored, water.

Bottle. Clear, light golden brown pour, with a pretty nice floral hop aroma. Flavor does not live up to the aroma, as it has a thin, slightly astringent, and not at all interesting taste. I won’t come back to this.
