Bottle in Wanaka. Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Sweet and bitter with loads of sprucey hops aromas. Notes of grape fruit. Medium to full bodied. Medium carbonation. Well balanced. Finally a NZ IPA/IIPA without that caramel malt back bone. Bitter finish with more spruce. wrlangin (226) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - NOV 21, 2016

Clear orange beer, creamy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of tropical fruits, passion fruit, mango, some caramel. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: hoppy start, pretty resinous, sweet, caramel malts, dank touch. Aftertaste: bitter, some citrus, tropical fruits, mango, alcohol, slightly sourish.

330ml from International Beer Store, Perth. Pours a clear dark golden with a slight haze. A rocky off white head with excellent 1 inch retention that lasts for days. High tropical fruit and citrus (clementine) hop aromas with background cracker malt and some caramel character. Palate is medium body and medium-high carbonation and a chewy mouthfeel. Flavour leads with tropical fruit and subsides into bready bitterness, which lingers long into the dry finish. Incredibly dangerous at 8.5%. Glorious. olliedelapoer (2) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 3, 2016 does not count
The Hop Zombie is a favourite from Epic, off tap it pours clear yet a dark golden colour. You can smell the strong scents of passionfruit and guava quickly and this is present in taste, thick resinous feel on the palate, this beer is a meal, for brains! sebletitje (10239) - Enghien, BELGIUM - SEP 28, 2016
Bottle sample @ Borefts 2016. Shared with RB Belgian crew. Tks Tim. BB 08/2017.
77ships (10473) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - SEP 27, 2016
