Very dank aroma. Flavor is bitter, hoppy, and dank. Finished very bitter. Had out of a bottle at home. Pours copper with a thick white head

I had this once in Canada and didn’t love it, but decided to give it another go In New Zealand. Made the difference. Beautiful nose with grapefruit and citrus as well as florals. Malt and vanilla in the taste and a subtle lovely hop finish. Not very carbonated

phaleslu (10551) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 20, 2016
Draft at Ei8ht Ball, served in a flight. Pours a barely cloudy gold with a small eggshell white head. Damp and sweaty, with caramel, sugars, pine, grass, florals, and citrus fruits. Medium-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a sweet, slightly bitter mouthfeel. A little oxidized. This really seems like an old keg. I’m giving it a little benefit of the doubt. I need to find this fresh; the irony is I’ve avoided it on shelves here because I wasn’t sure of age.

Turboninja (819) - Tampere, FINLAND - FEB 6, 2016
[email protected], from Wine Spot, Cleveland, USA. Strong, sweet and bold, still bit simple aroma of fruits like mango and apple. Golden color with light white head and clear liquid. Strong balanced taste of slightly overaged mango and other fruits. Lots of hops, still sweet. Bit simple e.g. no malt flavors. Narrow/medium taste spectrum and long hoppy, fruity aftertaste. Medium body with light/medium carbonation. Overall, high quality product that despite of being sweet, has its own character to keep it different than American cousins. Simple taste though.

Orange and grapefruit bouquet with floral aromas as well. Resiny and chewy citrus on the tongue - like orange marmalade - with lots of other tropical fruit, a bit of pepper and sweet malts. Very little carbonation but still an outstanding beer.

Bottle. Very nice aroma, somewhat interesting. Fades. Taste has more staying power; fresh, crisp and interesting.

500ml bottle (BB 10/9/16). A clear light golden beer beneath a large and dense off-white head that laces nicely. Aroma is packed full of fresh green hops (mandarin, kiwifruit, grapefruit, pine needles) plus faint background malts. It tastes similar with a clean sharp dry resinous bitterness that lingers. Palate is clean, balanced, moreish, and medium-bodied with a slick oily mouthfeel. A fine example of a fragrant balanced DIPA that goes down easily.

Thrown away in a vortex of bitterness. Unbalanced and explosive without focus on harmony. Cool if you search for hoppy powers.

zacgillbanks (5423) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - NOV 6, 2015
Bottle from Rehills, Newcastle. Pale golden coloured with a thin white head. It has a delicate floral and warming, bitter orange marmalade and citrus fruity flavour followed by a smooth, spicy pine and fruity finish. Excellent!
