UPDATED: MAR 13, 2013 Epic are renowned for hops. However, far from being one-dimensional I have found both their IPA and IIPA to be fantastic and complex. Great flavour, luxuriant mouthfeel, and a magnificent aftertaste. This is a good beer! Re-rate: Hot day, this is amazing I really like it. Really well balanced, and surprisingly sweet!

UPDATED: AUG 16, 2014 Aug 16 Tap S&A - wow... This is a beaut. Well balanced. Hops more tropical fruit spectrum. Sweet malt didn’t cloy at all. Would drink all day but would fall over....

This Goldielocks hopped beer is ’just right’ in terms of bitterness (not under or over bitter). It pours well, is golden in colour, and smell like the real deal. It’s an amazing find.

I have to say this is by far one of the best IPA I’ve ever tried. Clear golden pour with white head, aroma is fruity. Bitterness doesn’t last long.

An excellent, aromatic and über-hoppy IPA from the fine folks at Epic. Easily one of the world’s best.

An essential double IPA, in my mind it is the best out there. Very strong citrus/floral aromas and strong hoppy notes on the tongue. Very clean aftertaste in comparison to other beers of this alcohol volume. Brilliant.
